Bargaining Agreement

A collective bargaining agreement (CBA) is a written legal contract between Cuesta College and CCCUE union representing the employees. The CBA is the result of an extensive negotiation process between the parties regarding topics such as wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment.

We prioritize fairness and transparency, and is designed to ensure that both sides are given a fair and equal opportunity to negotiate. We are dedicated to ensuring that the process is efficient and that both parties get the best possible outcome.
